Message From Us:

Diwali being around the corner along with this pandemic – we are now used to celebrating this festive season digitally with our family and friends. Hopefully, next year everything will get back to normal.

Out of the many things that the pandemic and resultant lockdown pushed us towards, one was a recurrence in home workouts. And with that a rise in awareness about health and wellness. Even those who could never give a convincing explanation of what health and wellness meant for them were seen wanting to replace their at-home stationary lifestyle with more blood pumping activities.

So, it was only fitting to have the current issue focus on health and wellness with some insight into the COVID situation in India and a sprinkling of art and culture. Our focus is to help you transition into a healthier, more well-rounded version of yourself by the time we transition out of the pandemic. Take it from our cover star Mayuri Punjabi, whose focus on holistic health has caused a ripple effect throughout the entire industry in Hong Kong. This is also the issue where we delve deeper into the topic of gut health and its connection with the mind. We also focus on dance as a key form of physical activity.

In the art and culture part of our issue, we dive deep into the journey of Jazz Dance as an art form and take a look at the lives of Gondwana artisans in India.

As everything around, us continues to change, we can choose to focus inwards and come out stronger, brighter, and healthier on the other side.

Wishing you all a very colorful Diwali.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”40px”][vc_column_text]
