Manav Shankar is a recent graduate of King George V School, heading to the University of the Arts, London to study film and T.V. Part of the 2020 graduating class, Manav found himself putting his plans on hold due to the COVID 19. During this time, he decided to create a mini photography exhibition with “Time” as his theme. One part of this exhibition was “Hong Kong: Past and Present”, where he found pictures of Hong Kong from 20-30 years back. He then photographed the same location. In his words “I stitched the photos together to show how the city has changed as well as how some elements of it have remained the same”.
