Cheese And carrot Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 3 to 4 Grated Carrots
  • 3 tbsps Grated Cheese
  • 3 tbsps Butter
  • 2 Chopped Green Chillies
  • 1 tsp White Vinegar
  • 1 Level tsp Mustard Powder
  • A few slices of Fresh Bread
  • Salt to taste
  • Melted Butter

 

Method:

  1. Remove the crust from the bread slices, and follow by rolling the slices out on a wet napkin.
  2. Mix the carrots, cheese, butter, chillies, mustard powder, vinegar and salt.
  3. Spread a little of this mixture on each slice of bread. Follow this by rolling each slice tightly.
  4. Cut each roll with a toothpick.
  5. Arrange on a greased baking tray and apply a little melted butter on top of each roll.
  6. Bake in a hot oven at 400 Fahrenheit for 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. Place a toothpick on each roll in the centre.
