This season if anything is all about giving and receiving gifts. We ourselves love gifts that are personal and thoughtful, and we love supporting our local and small businesses. Here are some of our favourite things to give and receive (hint!)
Anvi Candles
They look and smell gorgeous. These handmade 100 % soy wax candles are infused with sage, Palo Santo, Himalayan pink sea salts, pure essential oils, and magical charged crystals. They work wonders to purify your home while surrounding your space with positive energy. Made from all-natural materials, with little gemstones and dried herbs, these candles are a part of my daily routine.

Pink Lotus
Agate and Gemstone homeware – What’s not to love about these gorgeous pieces from Pink Lotus. And trust me, it’s not because I work with gems on a daily basis, these pieces are stunning. Pink Lotus has a wide variety of other beautiful decor items as well including trays, tables, ਮandles, etc.

Bookazine gift cards
Books! Books! Books! Need I say anything more? This familyrun store, known for its excellent customer service has been one of my favourites since I moved to HK 13 years back. Of course, if you go there, you know you will always find something other than books to buy as well since they stock everything from snacks, stationery, games and more.
Store locations: Princes Building, Lyndhurst Terrace, Festival Walk Mall, Pacific Place 3, Exchange Square, Discovery Bay Main Plaza, Times Square, The Repulse Bay arcade.
Memeraki Bags
I can’t help but love this brand, and the reasons are many. Not only do they support folk artists all across India, who wouldn’t otherwise have a platform for their work, but their products are also unique. Each piece is hand-painted by the artist, and the products range from handbags, wallets to wooden clutches (my favourite). They can also get folk art done on one of your own handbags.

Pranayum teas
I gave up coffee 8 years back, and trust me when I tell you this I seldom miss it. It could be because now my caffeine indulgence is completely satisfied by the amazing variety of teas available. If you love tea you will love the collection by Pranayum. Seema’s herb-infused teas are made from the highest quality ingredients using tea leaves from India, Japan, and China infused with Tulsi, Cinnamon, Rooibos, Peaches and Sunflower blossoms (to name a few). The teas don’t only taste great but are therapeutic in nature.

I love using this oil on my hair and my daughter’s long hair. Not only did I notice my hair falling out less, but the fragrance is also awesome. The oil is not at all greasy like other hair oils plus it’s a 100% Pure and Organic Argan oil. They also have a lovely collection of essential oils. Thanks to Armaraglow!
