Kailash Parbat is a remarkable journey of the Mulchandani brothers from Undivided India to lanes of Colaba (Mumbai) and now having a global presence. Best known for their chaats (pani puri, bhel puri, dahi wada, pattice chola) and desserts (gulab jamun, kulfi falooda, rabri), they also serve excellent North Indian and fusion food. The mélange of cuisine is designed to appeal all palates. In Hong Kong, too their tradition to serve pure vegetarian food has continued and delighted every customer that walks in! Sheela Samtani- My visit to the vegetarian restaurant, Kailash Parbat was an amazing experience. The hospitality and warmth of the staff enhanced the beautiful ambience. The food is remarkably authentic, and top marks for the presentation. This will definitely be one of my preferred restaurants.
